BCCCL is pledge bound to employment generation and improving the standard of living of its members and also economic development of the country through cooperative based financial activities. It is a cooperative movement that entails creative ideas based schemes and activities. And in that process it aims at establishing a socio-economic system free from exploitation of the money lenders, interest taking persons and middlemen through conducting activities in cooperative method from level of marginal producer up to consumer. Its main objective is to conduct all service using a transparent and accountable management system at all tiers and levels.
